Swiss airline customer service

I took this airline several times, short and long haul flights. I won’t recommend this airline. She even raised her tone. Airline : Swiss Airlines. Country: Switzerland.

I presumed that they ( Swiss Air) would refund the extra monies charged.

Swiss Air personnel assured me that Customer Service would refund the $(usd) overcharge. Customer service staff are responsible for all passenger movements between the terminal and aircraft. It is the role of Customer Service staff to process travel documents, assign boarding passes and perform many of the behind the scenes processes that are required for airline operations. Most horrible customer service ever.

Impossible to reach any agent. Still waiting for an answer and refund after several months, whereas all other airlines have already refunded my cancelled trips. The airline offers non-stop flights to more than 1destinations in over countries from its hubs in Zurich (ZRH) and Geneva (GVA). The airline is a Star Alliance member and has codeshare arrangements with several additional airlines allowing it to offer worldwide service.

It runs flights from its hub, Zurich, and Geneva to more than 1destinations in countries worldwide.

Throughout our global network we can provide excellent service tailored to meet your requirements. Swiss Air has the customer service of a 3rd world airline. SWISS General Cargo offers exactly that. They charge you at every step. Their staff is incredibly inept, rude, untrained.

Avoid this airline at any cost. I accidentally picked a connecting flight through United run by Swiss Air. As a medium-sized airline , Swiss Air offers a great balance of comprehensive routes with high-quality customer service. Largely positive reviews from passengers verify this, so potential fliers. I wrote to the Swiss customer service.

After days I received a reply saying Swiss thinks that it was your fault for letting your glasses fall to the floor. Therefore we pay only of the cost. Swiss is not baby and family friendly airline. While the A3from London was a fairly new and nice aircraft, the 7to Tokyo was a bit old but clean.

The call center is also disappointe while I tried to book a basinet calling to London they claim it was not posible because all was use surprise it was my baby the only one on flight, just.
