We use goo old fashione down-to-earth language when we chat to our residential and business customers. My partner and I have been trying to resolve an issue for over three weeks now. We have experienced some of the most rude and disgusting service imaginable. Lying, wrong dates and terrible service ! Absolutely crap customer service , took money and order, then lied about dates!

As Iinet know, I am a business who for the last 1. NOT once has Iinet offered any alternative solution. Iinet potential customer , your own your own, we Iinet don’t care. Need to make a payment? It’s always nice to receive recognition for the things we place such a strong focus on, like customer service , and the best thing about the Canstar Blue Award is that it’s voted on by you the customers.
The survey asks customers to rate their satisfaction with a number of areas of their service such as price, plan options and overall value. Stay the fuck away from iinet. I was with them for years, the golden years of internet customer service , now they have all the call centers offshore and its a joke. None of the reps I ever speak to have any idea what they are talking about.
Zero training is given to these people. Eight weeks later they are still trying to Bill me for a service they are not providing. What was once a good provider they now represent the worst customer service in Australia. Completing their surveys is a joke, giving them Zero rating makes no difference. And I should know – I deal with a variety of providers at work, all of whom SUCK in comparison to iiNet.
That is based on regular dealings with them over a number of years. Not a few weeks worth. Well, just cancelled after years with iiNet.
Even the cancellation was painful as I was bounced around the organisation and finally was transferred to the cancellations team. Never a good sign when you get transferred to a team handling cancellations.
