Mega bus is the worst company of all. I had scheduled a trip to Toronto to then fly to Atlanta. Megabus , branded as megabus. I called customer service TWICE. They couldn’t help me.

Used to take mega bus all the time but never again. No respect for their clients. My trip to Atlanta got cancelled because of cividso obviously want a refund or some kind of a credit. No warranty for wifi, for being on time, for a driver, for a bus or even for a seat. Treat their clients like animals by overloading their buses.

Glad to hear greyhound let you get on, I heard about a $charge for change of ticket which isnt bad. Very poor customer service.

Wednesday, February Coach USA and megabus. Rather good customer service for a company known on occasion to sell $bus. The customer service agents are RUDE, when I explained this to ALL of whom I dealt with they all just HUNG UP on me.
