Expedia bad customer service

I got there at 9:and did a. All of the airlines are pretty bad at customer service. I do like Southwest, though. I had booked my ticket through expedia.


On my return journey I showed up at the airport and the airlines informed me that my flight is cancelled (Qatar Airways) because while coming in I was no show. I was with customer service for hours on. They are certainly not alone.


I called and made a change on a first stop on an outgoing business class reservation.

There were no fees to do this. I asked repeatedly that they do not change anything else. Then when the agent was telling me my new seats I realized that my return flight. Worst customer service. I could barely understand him with the chickens and dogs barking in the background.


Pretty poor service by expedia. I am still trying to resolve this issue and I continue to get different. Customer Service is terrible. I would not recommend booking through expedia since the customer service is terrible! It is my firm belief that they simply think they are too big to be bothered with providing decent customer service.


On various websites dedicated to rating companies based on their level of customer service , Bank of America is consistently ranked in the bottom. We had been redirected from the Canadian site to the US site and booked a trip without realizing it was in USD.


Denver had bad weather and my flight was cancelled. Totally the most incompetent, least service oriented organization online. When you call no one knows anything, not even the supervisors. The worst travel site.


I thought they were a great company, but I’m just disappointed in their response – or lack thereof.

They’ve offered zero help on all accounts and have ignored our written letters. Sometimes even booking accommodations and car rentals. I never had a problem with them.
