Thalys customer service

For any other question or complaint, our customer service is at your disposal from Monday to Friday between 8:am and 6:pm (except on public holidays ). Discover Europe by train! Customiser service made me an offer to help me by paying the difference back, and they fullfilled their promise. Maybe a bit slow, but great communication through facebook!


Once the form is submitte SNCB Customer Relations department will be in contact with you when your request is processed. Thalys customer service saved the day!

As part of my crazy, around the world trip I had to get from Nantes, France to Antwerp, Belgium. With the fast trains in France and Belgium, I thought taking the train would be a more comfortable, cheaper, and ultimately easier option than trying to route a flight for the leg of my journey. Customer service said it is not their booking system and would not change the ticket to the correct date, no refun no credit nothing.

Last summer we booked first class travel from Amsterdam to paris and Avignon Amsterdam. Can I simply pick up my ticket at the Amsterdam Central train. Here a very nice employee issues a permission to board on a latter train (the last one of the day). In First Class you will have an even faster connection.


Taxi service Book a taxi on board the train (only in Paris or Brussels) and it will be ready to pick you up when your train pulls into your station! The case: I applied for a compensation for a trip from Bourg-St.
