Community Services Network (CSN) - medicine. What is a community based service provider? CNS Healthcare is a certified community behavioral health clinic (CCBHC) and offers a wide spectrum of community -based support services, psychiatry, medication management, psychotherapy, nursing services, and case management.

CCN uses industry-standard approaches and guidelines to administer services, pay for services promptly, and manage the network to its full potential. A service network is a structure that brings together several entities to deliver a particular service. For instance, one organisation (the buyer) may sub-contract another organisation (the supplier) to deliver after-sales services to a third party (the customer). EAC Network is a diverse social service agency that empowers, assists, and cares for people in need across Long Island and New York City. Network ’s Response to COVID-There have been changes to Network ’s service delivery related to COVID-19. Clients are not entering our building to minimize exposure and decrease the risk of disease transmission. Limited housing assistance is available to eligible families. NIA has developed important partnerships and programs that are designed to help.
