Purchased a pair of shoes towards the end of last year and within a few weeks had to return them due to the sole coming away from the shoe, returned these and had another pair due to how comfy these were but sadly they failed again which is the first time I have experienced this with Clarks. The soles on my Clarks boots became soft and spongy and separated from the leather uppers.

Contact Clarks USA customer service. The boots were expensive and very lightly used. There was little or no wear in the leather. I called and described the issue to Clarks customer service and was told that Clarks would only provide a discount if I purchased a new pair from them.
