They missed by delivery times and inadvertently closed my account without consulting me. Twice they have billed me for a payment that they did not receive from a year ago. There billing always reflects a past due amount and when you bring the account to what you think is a zero balance per their customer service , they still show a past due balance. They are charging me for March plus a late fee. Immediately, upon getting the bill I try and call customer service.
All complaints are handled by the BBB where the company is Headquartered or a central customer complaint processing location. But when I called 4in Atlanta Georgia they had no listing for them.
