Yes, we are in difficult times but to wait for weeks for an ema response and well over a month for a refund is not acceptable. I’ve also saw people complaining about staff being rude and etc the beauty club free. Lodged concerns and complaint immediately.

Most of the sales staff are brilliant, working in a department store really feels like a community.

Staff discount is quite good if you qualify for the debenhams colleague car especially in the restaurant. Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, Victoria’s Secret, Boots, Pottery Barn and KidZania. Excellent service and products but dated stores. I have returned dresses, i only received the refund after which was over weeks ago.


It is extremely disappointing.

To date I have neither received a refund nor even acknowledgement of their return! The customer service was appalling. We will need to speak to the supplier etc.
