Violence Prevention Services – The YMCA works to prevent and reduce youth violence through goal setting and getting youth connected to resources through one on one support.

The YMCA also engages young people through a culturally specific curriculum focused on the development of positive decision making skills, strengths and resiliency. During camp we seek to fight summer learning loss and childhood obesity while providing fun activities, character development, field trips and more for kids all summer long. During Spring Break, the YMCA offers youth , grades K - fun and unique experiences with an opportunity to explore the outdoors, meet new friends, discover new interests, and create memories that last a lifetime. Camp is offered from 6:AM - 6:PM at the Vigo County YMCA during Spring Break from Vigo County schools.
