Pathfinder Services strengthens communities by enabling people with developmental or economic challenges to achieve independence, inclusion, and stability. Many of these programs are delivered through partners (regional councils, community action agencies and others) across the state. What are community services? The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) provides funding to local non-profit and public agencies to help alleviate the causes and conditions of poverty in their communities.

Based on locally determined needs, CSBG agencies promote economic security through services that address homelessness, hunger, unemployment, health and nutrition, emergencies, and more.
