Terrible Customer Service - CEX. IO will not deposit or refund my money due to compliance Issues. I have never been this stressed out with any company before, and this is my first ever review, and its because CEX.


IO customer service is an absolute disgrace. The site kept giving me different information. It is quite exasperating that the CEX. I sent a message to them regarding my cryptocurrencies but not response since over months ago. Customers were lured to purchase cryptocurrencies with our credit cards but we have been prevented from withdrawing funds to the same credit cards or by bank transfer.


This delay may be due to complying with local and international regulatory jurisdictions. I replied to both e-mails, but I only receive a further e-mail, again requesting the same info. At this stage I just give up, even though it seems that this is what cex really want me to do.


I told them about the people sorting games out on the floor and them finding a cracked disc and them saying they will re-sell it.
